“Tagliatellata” at Borgo delle Vigne

By popular demand , we return to the beautiful farm “Borgo Delle Vigne”, home of the renowned winery “Gaggioli”; in addition to the visit of the estate, accompanied by the “grand vignéron” Carlo and Letizia Gaggioli, the protagonist will be the “TAGLIATELLA”, with a dinner that includes, as succulent base, the superb Bolognese dish, accompanied by products of local traditional cuisine, as “crescentine” and “tigelle”, and, of course, the wines of the wonderful hosting winery.
