- After making your purchase, a confirmation email will be sent to the address you provided when filling out your information.
City Red Bus Srl takes all reasonable care in processing your order and ensuring your payment is secure. In the absence of negligence on our part, we will not be held liable for any losses you may suffer due to a third party gaining unauthorized access to the data you provide when logging in or ordering from the website. - You must print the tour voucher and present it on board the bus or train, where it will be validated as a travel ticket, allowing you to use the service without any additional payment.
- The voucher can only be used once and cannot be used beyond the validity dates indicated on the voucher.
- All children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult.
- The voucher called “family” is unique, so the group must be together when boarding the bus or train.
- Check our website www.cityredbus.com to see if you can take advantage of any deals you could get a discount of up to 10%.
- Any counterfeit vouchers will be immediately reported to the judicial authorities.
- City Red Bus Srl will make every effort to offer a regular service according to the scheduled schedule. City Red Bus Srl will not be liable to the ticket holder for any loss, damage, inconvenience, delay, modification, suspension, or cancellation of service due to any reason not attributable to City Red Bus Srl.
- Vouchers will be valid from the day after purchase and can be used for one full day within the following 365 days.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 10 days of the tour date and will be accepted at the discretion of City Red Bus Srl and in any case in cases of exceptional circumstances; together with the refund request, to be sent to amministrazione@cityredbus.com The original tour ticket must be attached, and the following information must be indicated: voucher purchase date, voucher order number, and customer name on the voucher.
- No refunds will be provided after the purchase of a ticket in the event of cancellation by the customer.
- A 20% penalty will be applied to the refund granted.
- The refund will be made to the payment method used for the purchase within 60 days of the tour date.
