After making the purchase, you will be sent an e-mail confirming the transaction to the address you indicated to us during the data compilation.
City Red Bus Srl takes all reasonable precautions in processing your order and making your payment secure, in the absence of negligence on our part we will not be liable for any losses that you may suffer due to a third party that is able to access without permission the data you provide while accessing or in the order process from the website.
It is necessary that you print the voucher of the tour to be presented on board the bus or train, where it will be validated as a ticket that will give you the right to use the service without any additional payment.
The voucher can only be used once and cannot be used after the dates of validity indicated on the voucher.
All children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult.
The voucher called “family” is unique, so the group must be united at the time of boarding the bus or train.
Check on our website www.cityredbus.com if you can take advantage of some conventions you could get a discount of up to 10%.
Any counterfeit vouchers will be immediately reported to the judicial authorities. City Red Bus Srl will do everything to offer a regular service according to the planned schedule. City Red Bus Srl shall not be liable in any way to the ticket holder for loss, damage, inconvenience, delay, modification, suspension, revocation of the service as a result of any reason not attributable to the same.
The vouchers will be valid from the next day of purchase and can be used for a whole day in the following 365 days.
Refund requests must be submitted within 10 days from the date of the tour and will be accepted at the discretion of City Red Bus Srl and in any case for exceptional circumstances; together with the refund request , to be sent to the administration @cityredbus.com , must be attached the ticket of the tour in original, and indicated the following information: date of purchase voucher, order number of the voucher, customer name on the voucher.
There is no refund, subsequent to the purchase of a ticket, in case of cancellation by the customer.
A penalty of 20% will be applied to the reimbursement granted.
The refund will be made on the payment method used for the purchase within 60 days from the date of the tour.
